IPG is hiring an hourly Machine Operator for its Converting department in Blythewood, South Carolina. The role operates packaging and protective-product lines safely and productively, performs mechanical adjustments and minor preventive maintenance, moves materials with a forklift, maintains inventory and quality records, completes checklists, and supports production targets. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while two or more years of manufacturing experience is preferred; Microsoft Office, communication, organizational, and time-management skills are also required.
