Guardian Glass is hiring a Machine Operator in Richburg, South Carolina to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment across float, tempering, edge delete, off-line cutting, and coater departments. The role includes preparing products for shipping, following production schedules, resolving quality issues, meeting team goals, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and performing physically demanding work in a hot, humid, dusty, and high-volume environment. The position requires computer or tablet experience, with one or more years of experience in farming, manufacturing, industrial, or military environments, six months or more of machine operator experience, and forklift operation experience preferred. The schedule is rotational, with shifts up to 12 hours, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed, and pays $18–$24 per hour based on experience.
