The Technical Operator will operate and adjust automated production installations, start up machines, monitor production and product quality, resolve minor technical issues, record production data, and maintain a safe working environment. The role offers a starting wage of around €19 per hour, shift premiums, on-the-job training, and opportunities for growth, and requires willingness to work in three shifts. Candidates should have a secondary education diploma in a technical field or equivalent experience, an interest in technology and automated processes, and strong accuracy, quality, safety, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
