The role involves operating hydraulic excavators, mini excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and other construction equipment; performing earthmoving, grading, and excavation work; following site-manager instructions; performing basic machine maintenance; complying with safety rules; and collaborating with ground crews. Candidates must have proven machine-operator experience, be comfortable with different construction equipment, work independently while collaborating, attend to safety and work quality, and hold a category B driving licence.
