LATICRETE International is hiring a Machine Operator for a first-shift hourly manufacturing role supporting order fulfillment and batch production. The position involves preparing and picking or weighing materials, operating machinery, loading bags, coordinating with a batcher, maintaining housekeeping and safety standards, staging materials for shift handoff, collecting quality-control samples, adjusting batches, and reporting equipment or material issues. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and weighing ability, the ability to read orders and directions, and written and verbal communication skills, along with the physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform sustained standing, bending, squatting, climbing, and crawling.
