Description
The Machine Operator at Lennox is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining machinery used in production. Key duties include recording daily production, inspecting product quality, performing minor adjustments to machines like roll-forming machines, ensuring proper labeling and packaging, and maintaining a clean work area. The role also involves loading raw materials, reporting issues, assisting with inventory, and supporting other departments during downtime. Candidates must be proficient in reading/writing English, adaptable to shifts including overtime and weekends, capable of independent and teamwork, and physically fit to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing/bending.
