Description
The Machine Operator will operate and monitor production machinery, perform quality checks, adjust machine settings, conduct preventative and total productive maintenance, document production data, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement. The role requires a secondary school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of manufacturing machinery experience, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and teamwork skills; technical certification or training in machine operation is an asset.
