Mars Wrigley is hiring a Machine Operator for its TNN site in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on a 12-hour night shift following a 2-2-3 rotation. The role operates and changes over assigned machinery, maintains safety, quality, efficiency, and Good Manufacturing Practice standards, performs cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and documentation tasks, and supports continuous improvement. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing or machine operation experience, basic math and PC skills, digital technology skills, basic English communication, and physical dexterity; two or more years of experience, high-speed machine operation, material-handling certification, and lean manufacturing experience are preferred.
