Description
MCD is hiring a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to set up and operate rotary die-cutting equipment, troubleshoot and adjust machinery, perform quality checks, complete production documentation, and maintain equipment. The role runs Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM, includes a $0.75 per hour second-shift differential, and offers initial first-shift training followed by wage increases totaling up to $1.50 per hour. Applicants should have mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
