Description
The Machine Operator reports to the Production Supervisor and works Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed. The role operates welding machines, resistance welders, rollers, presses, and high-pressure testers; sets and positions workpieces; monitors for defects and machine malfunctions; measures dimensions; performs minor maintenance and cleaning; and packages and houses the final product. The position requires teamwork, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to perform physically demanding manufacturing work, including lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for long periods.
