Description
Mr. Level is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to lead small 2–3 person field crews and operate excavators, skid steers, Bobcats, and related construction equipment on residential and commercial foundation repair projects. The role includes excavation and site preparation, assisting with installation and repair work, and maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards. Candidates should have construction experience, the ability to drive trucks or trailers and operate heavy machinery, a valid driver’s license, and authorization to work in the United States. Foundation repair or concrete pouring experience is a plus.
