Description
The Machine Operator will assemble machines, manage MUSH product filling and production, perform quality and lot-control checks, maintain and troubleshoot equipment, and lead a small team of 3–5 people in the production room. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience, GMP and safety knowledge, technical equipment troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; bilingual English and Spanish ability is preferred. The position involves prolonged standing and walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling allergens.
