The role involves setting up and operating production machines, adjusting settings, performing basic maintenance and inspections, maintaining a safe and organized work area, and meeting production schedules. A high school diploma or GED is required, while manufacturing and quality-control experience, English fluency, computer and ERP skills, measurement-tool proficiency, and the ability to lift 40–50 pounds are specified or preferred.
