Elkhart Plastics is hiring a Machine Operator to operate molding equipment and produce molded products to efficiency and quality standards. The role works the second shift from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday, and pays $19.00 plus a $1.00 differential. Responsibilities include reviewing setup sheets, maintaining equipment, staging products, meeting production targets, inspecting products, and using ovens, cranes, hand and power tools, pallet jacks, and open flames. The position requires the ability to work in a hot, humid, noisy manufacturing environment and involves lifting parts weighing up to 50 pounds alone.
