Description
The employer is hiring a Machine Operator to safely operate, load, and set up filling, dosing, and packaging machines; monitor filling processes for quality; clean, care for, and maintain production equipment; and record production and batch data. The role requires prior experience with packaging or filling systems, knowledge of hygiene and quality standards, technical understanding, reliability, and good German skills. The position offers permanent employment under the GVP collective agreement, flexible full-time, part-time, shift, or four-day-week models, compensation, training, and additional employee benefits.
