Nordbrief GmbH is hiring a Machine Operator (m/f/d) at its Lübeck site for a limited-term, part-time engagement of 12 months. The role involves operating and monitoring production machines, setting up and starting equipment, monitoring production, resolving minor malfunctions, supporting manufacturing, inspecting products for visual and quality standards, performing general production-area helper activities, and complying with quality and safety regulations. Applicants need at least one year of general professional experience, technical understanding, a careful and quality-conscious approach, physical suitability for frequent walking and standing, German language proficiency preferably at B2 level, willingness to work rotating shifts, and willingness to complete a 1–2-day internship.
