ok Gummiwerk Otto Körting GmbH is hiring two full-time machine operators, one for the grinding room and one for the mixing room, starting immediately. Responsibilities include loading machines, documenting production data, setting up and commissioning machines and plants, maintaining production processes, performing quality checks, and contributing to continuous improvement. The role requires technical understanding, careful and independent work, physical resilience, precision, quality commitment, reliability, and German language skills; initial experience in similar areas is preferred. The position offers 37.5 hours per week, two-shift operation, training, and other benefits.
