Description
The Rolling Mill Operator sets up, operates, and monitors rolling mill, winder, annealing furnace, and slitter equipment; performs tolerance and in-process inspections; moves coils and materials; enters production and quality data; conducts basic troubleshooting and light maintenance; and supports shipping and receiving. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer and shop-math skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a production environment, with prior metal-processing or material-handling experience preferred. Compensation starts at $25 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance potentially included.
