PCA is hiring a Machine Operator to run high-speed corrugated production equipment, lead a machine crew, perform quality checks, troubleshoot mechanical and process issues, and maintain safety, uptime, and production reporting. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of manufacturing machine-operator experience, mechanical aptitude, and availability for second- or third-shift work including overtime and weekends. The starting salary is $27.42 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, paid holidays, and medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days.
