Description
PCA is hiring a Machine Operator to coordinate and implement training for machine positions across all shifts, maintain production quality and efficiency, support safety and manufacturing standards, document machine operations, and assist crews in producing high-quality products. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of machine operator experience, the ability to work on second and third shifts and overtime, and authorization to work in the United States. Starting compensation is $28.34 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
