PCA is hiring a Machine Operator to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain flexo folder-gluer and rotary die-cutter machinery in a corrugated packaging plant. The role includes mounting dies, adjusting ink viscosity, performing quality checks, verifying materials, recording production data, maintaining equipment, and leading crew training. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of machine-operator experience, strong troubleshooting and safety skills, and U.S. work authorization. The starting salary is $26.71 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, holidays, and medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days.
