PSH Personal Service is hiring a permanent machine operator in Bielefeld to operate, monitor, and control production machines and manufacturing systems; set up, retool, and adjust machines for product changes or series start-ups; monitor dimensional accuracy, function, and quality; report malfunctions, downtime, or material deviations; and maintain stable, cycle-time-driven plant operation. The role requires machine- and plant-operator training or a comparable technical qualification, technical understanding of production processes, and experience operating and monitoring production plants.
