Poly-Nova Technologies is hiring a full-time Machine Operator for an afternoon shift from 2:50 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role operates injection molding machines and presses, loads rubber, inspects and removes flash, completes shift paperwork, packages finished parts, maintains traceability, and supports quality and continuous improvement. Candidates need a high school diploma, at least one year of manufacturing experience, safety and SOP compliance, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to operate automated and manual press equipment.
