Princeton Precision Group is hiring entry-level and experienced Machine Operators to learn and operate CNC machinery under the supervision of an experienced trainer. After training, operators will load, machine, and gauge metal castings according to written work instructions, inspect parts, record dimensional data, and follow nonconforming-part procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of factory-related experience, English proficiency, basic math and measuring-tool skills, and willingness to undergo drug screening and background checks. The schedule is a rotating four-day shift with required weekends, and compensation is $18.00 per hour during training, increasing to $20.00 per hour after successful training and assessment.
