The Machine Operator will prepare and set up a press line, operate and monitor brick-forming equipment, handle clay and drying chambers, replenish the hood kiln, adjust brick quality, record production data, and perform minor maintenance. The role requires a technical diploma or technical aptitude, knowledge of automatically driven installations, several years of machine-operator experience, fluent Dutch or English, and willingness to work a day shift starting at 7:30 a.m.
