Description
Hydro is hiring a Machine Operator to work in a three-shift aluminum production environment. The role begins with sawing and packaging aluminum profiles and progresses to operating modern machines and production lines, monitoring quality and precision, responding to technical malfunctions, optimizing production, recording data, maintaining a safe and clean workplace, and performing minor maintenance and basic repairs. Applicants must work the three shifts, speak and understand Dutch, be computer literate, learn quickly, work independently, and prioritize accuracy and safety. The position pays up to €24 per hour including shift premiums and offers meal vouchers, a commuting allowance, and the opportunity for a permanent contract after the interim period.
