Randstad Techniek is hiring an industrial operator for temporary placement or a direct contract in the Rotterdam area. The role involves operating and connecting advanced control cabinets, PLCs, and automated production lines; analyzing and resolving minor technical malfunctions; performing quality checks and measurements; and setting up machines and installations for different production runs. Candidates need an MBO diploma in Operator A, B, or C or at least two years of demonstrable operator experience, a valid driver's license and car, Dutch language proficiency, and availability for shifts, weekends, and 40 hours per week. The gross monthly salary is €2,500–€4,500, with shift allowances of 15–30% and access to more than 400 free courses.
