Description
Randstad Belgium is hiring a Machine Operator for plastic bottle production. The role involves operating and adjusting blow extrusion machines, restarting machines after downtime, monitoring color and weight parameters, analyzing quality results, resolving minor technical problems, and improving the blow-molding process. The position requires upper secondary education or equivalent experience, an interest in automation and technology, safety and quality awareness, problem-solving skills, and very good Dutch speaking and reading ability. The operator will work in a three-shift system.
