The employer is hiring a Machine Operator in Bitterfeld-Wolfen to operate, monitor, and supervise production plants for a quartz-glass manufacturer serving semiconductor, telecommunications, photonics, and optical applications. The role includes quality control, maintenance support, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and operation of lifting assistance equipment. Candidates need an industrial or technical vocational qualification or at least ten years of relevant production experience, several years of machinery and plant operation experience, strong technical understanding, willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system, reliability, teamwork, very good German skills, and basic PC knowledge.
