The client is hiring a Machine Operator to expand production lines in the Hann. Münden area. The role involves operating, loading, and monitoring extrusion systems for hose and profile production, monitoring process parameters, resolving minor malfunctions, documenting production data, and performing quality checks. Candidates need machine and plant operator training or several years of industrial machine experience, technical understanding of materials such as plastics and rubber, reliability, a structured working style, shift availability, and German communication skills. The position offers pay starting at €20.00 per hour and later more than €24 per hour, along with shift premiums, allowances, bonuses, training, and works council representation.
