The role involves setting up and operating industrial machines and complex plant systems, retooling production lines, monitoring machine functions, resolving minor process disruptions, performing simple maintenance, and conducting random quality inspections. Candidates need technical vocational training, at least one year of plant-operation experience, basic maintenance knowledge, flexible availability for a three-shift operation, and at least B1 German; a forklift, crane, or Class B driver’s license is advantageous.
