The role involves setting up, operating, and converting production plants; monitoring operations; performing minor maintenance and cleaning; troubleshooting simple faults; conducting quality inspections and process documentation; and applying technical and manual skills. The position requires completed training or relevant professional experience, willingness to work a three-shift model, and solid machine-operation expertise. A forklift operator license is desirable, while a driver’s license and car are advantageous.
