Description
The employer is hiring a Machine Operator for a textile production process on a fixed night shift from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. The role involves independently operating and managing machines, maintaining quality standards, resolving minor technical breakdowns, performing basic maintenance, and recording production data. After 3 to 5 weeks of in-house training, the operator can manage machines independently. The position requires prior production-operator experience, French or Dutch fluency, physical fitness, accuracy, responsibility, and willingness to work shifts. The hourly wage is €15.50 to €16.50, with a 21% night-shift premium and additional meal, travel, and compensatory rest benefits.
