Description
The Machine Operator will operate rotational molding machines under supervision, monitor demolded plastic parts for quality, perform material filling, deburring, molding, bench operations, and inspection, and conduct prescribed preventative maintenance. The role requires attention to safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and inventory; the ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, communicate production needs, and meet production expectations; and physical demands including standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and using personal protective equipment in a manufacturing plant. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with overtime as required, and offers medical insurance with an HSA, dental, vision, and other benefits.
