The role operates and monitors plastic packaging machinery, manages color changes and recipe setups, performs basic repairs and maintenance, handles raw and post-production materials, conducts product checks, and supports troubleshooting and minor quality issues. The position requires knowledge of plastic molding technologies, measuring instruments, forklift operation, mechanical and electrical systems, WCM standards, and health, safety, and environmental practices, along with a diploma in electrical or mechanical studies.
