smol is hiring an experienced Machine Operator to set up, monitor, maintain, and adjust semi-automated case packer machines on its packing line. The role supports production quality, productivity, downtime recording, and line-speed targets, with flexible working from home and a Monday-to-Friday shift at the Marden warehouse. Candidates need recent hands-on experience with similar machinery, problem-solving and communication skills, and knowledge of production procedures and health and safety regulations; continuous improvement or lean manufacturing experience is desirable.
