Description
The Machine Operator sets up, adjusts, and operates multiple spindle automatic screw machines to produce precision metal components to close tolerance and finish requirements. The role includes quality inspection, troubleshooting tooling and operating difficulties, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and working cross-functionally. The schedule is 4X10 from Monday through Thursday, 4:50 a.m. to 3:20 p.m., and the position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of warehouse or assembly work experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic hand-tool skills.
