SOPREMA is hiring machine operators for its production areas in Hof/Oberroßbach, where it manufactures waterproofing and insulation materials, liquid plastics, and high-polymer plastic membranes. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring production plants and raw-material tank farms, performing setup and conversion work, meeting quality and production targets, troubleshooting malfunctions, optimizing workflows, and supporting cleaning and maintenance. Candidates need technical or chemical vocational training or initial manufacturing experience, must work in a two- or three-shift system, communicate in German, and demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and safety awareness.
