Soudal is hiring a Machine Operator in Turnhout for a long-term full-time contract with a two-shift system or permanent night shift. The role involves setting up and changing over production machines, recording parameters, performing interim quality checks, and carrying out basic machine maintenance. No prior chemical-sector or production experience is required, as coaching is provided; applicants must be able to commute to the Turnhout region and have a good command of Dutch. The starting wage is €18.26 gross per hour, with a shift premium bringing the hourly wage to at least €19.68 gross per hour.
