Description
The Operator will work in a production environment for an international rubber conveyor-belt manufacturer, setting up and operating machines, converting them for new orders, checking product quality, resolving deviations and malfunctions, collaborating with production and engineering teams, and maintaining a safe and organized workplace. The role requires MBO level 3 working and thinking ability, preferably in a technical field, and is available full-time on a three-shift schedule for someone living in the Drachten region. The gross monthly salary is €2,600–€3,000, with a shift allowance and other benefits.
