Description
The MTO Operator works as a productive member of the MTO team, operating production equipment such as pusher/charger machines, utility cars, locomotives, door machines, conveyor systems, and wharf gates. The role follows production schedules, supports minor equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, completes shift-change and operational documentation, maintains work areas, and coordinates with supervisors and other personnel. The position pays $24 to $29.32 per hour, with a quarterly performance bonus target of 12% and medical, dental, and vision coverage among the benefits.
