Description
The Machine Operator – Bakery Production will operate and support high-speed bakery production equipment in Sparks, Nevada, including dough shaping, lamination, conveyor systems, dies, cutters, and production-line monitoring. The role includes quality and food-safety checks, production records, sanitation, and compliance with food-safety and workplace-safety standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with food manufacturing experience preferred and 1–3 years of food industry experience considered a plus.
