The Slitter Operator will set up, operate, and monitor slitting machines to process steel coil stock according to customer specifications. Responsibilities include reading work orders and blueprints, measuring materials with precision tools, adjusting machines and tooling, inspecting finished materials, completing production records, troubleshooting minor issues, following safety procedures, and loading or unloading materials with forklifts or overhead cranes. The role offers $17.00–$20.00 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour attendance bonus and paid lunch, and is described as a stable full-time opportunity.
