Description
Talentus is recruiting a machine operator for an innovative manufacturing company in the Mechelen region of Belgium. The role involves setting up and operating CNC laser and/or press brake machines, following production orders, reading technical drawings, monitoring production, performing first-line maintenance, troubleshooting minor malfunctions, inspecting parts, optimizing output, and maintaining shop-floor safety and cleanliness. The position is 100% full-time in a shift-based production environment and requires an A2 technical diploma, CNC knowledge, technical drawing skills, preferably metalworking experience, forklift-driving experience, and an accurate, independent, quality-focused work style. Compensation starts at PC 111.01 for school leavers and is approximately €20 gross per hour or more for relevant experience, with meal vouchers and a cafeteria plan.
