TERO GmbH is hiring a Machine Operator in Velbert to set up tools and workpieces for laser processing machines, start the machines, perform quality checks and visual measurements, document results, report deviations, and follow safety and process requirements. The role requires vocational training in a metalworking trade or comparable technical profession, practical production experience, basic CNC knowledge, and willingness to work in a two-shift system. Pay is €19 per hour plus allowances and surcharges, with possible client takeover and other benefits.
