Description
The Machine Operator operates and sets up pneumatic and hydraulic machines such as Bruderer or Bieler, monitors production, performs minor maintenance, conducts quality control, documents processes, and collaborates with the team to improve workflows. The role requires machine and system operator training or equivalent technical training, a hands-on technical mindset, and willingness to work in three shifts. Compensation is up to €18.42 per hour depending on experience and qualifications, plus allowances.
