The Machine Operator will operate and monitor production machines, set up and stock systems, check production quality and function, resolve simple malfunctions, support changeovers, and perform cleaning and maintenance. The role requires technical understanding, practical hands-on skills, reliability, teamwork, responsibility, and willingness to work shifts; production experience is desirable but not required. The position offers long-term employment prospects, structured onboarding, personal support, and an hourly wage starting at €15.29.
