The Machine Operator will operate, set up, and monitor machines and systems at Goldsteig in Cham, perform maintenance and minor repairs, ensure quality standards are met, record production processes, and collaborate with team members. The role requires technical training or comparable professional experience, basic machine-operation knowledge, reliability, and willingness to work shift schedules. Compensation is €17.00 from day one, with possible shift allowances and further training opportunities.
