Description
The Machine Operator will operate, monitor, troubleshoot, set up, and maintain production machines and systems in a modern manufacturing environment. The role includes quality checks, minor maintenance, documentation, and shift work in early and late shifts. A completed technical or craft apprenticeship is advantageous but not required; technical understanding, shift willingness, reliability, and good German are sought. The position is based in Castrop-Rauxel, North Rhine-Westphalia, with pay starting at €20.27 per hour plus shift allowances.
