TIME to Care is hiring a Machine Operator in Bergneustadt to control and monitor metalworking machines and production processes. The role includes monitoring production, replenishing materials, removing finished parts, checking workpiece quality, cleaning and maintaining machines, and supporting setup and changeover tasks. Candidates should have initial experience in production or machine operation, an interest in metalworking and technical processes, careful working habits, teamwork, and German language skills sufficient for everyday work and simple instructions. The position follows a three-shift system, possibly continuous, and offers pay starting from €17.00 per hour.
